I've added a few things to 1.3 which were requested.

• I've removed the need to selecting a platform, it will now automatically detect the platform from the process.
• There should be no downtime when a new RL update is released as it will now automatically detect the latest offsets so it should just work straight away.
• I've added a dropdown box selector for the process to make it easier to run on both epic/steam versions are the same time (with two loaders open). Previously you just had to keep hitting refresh process and hope it landed on the correct one.
